重要事項

本文件是您與佳能公司(以下簡稱「佳能」)之間的法律合約(以下簡稱「合約」)，它將規範您如何使用佳能或其特許擁有
者的軟體程式。這些軟體程式隨附於與本合約一起提供的適用於 Linux 的佳能印表機驅動程式(以下簡稱「產品」)中。
軟體程式在 Readme 檔案附錄的明細表 1 中列出。以下提到的佳能或其特許擁有者軟體程式簡稱為「軟體」。

在使用本軟體前，請仔細閱讀並理解合約中描述的所有權利及限制。

1.使用授權

佳能不向您轉讓或授與任何佳能和其特許擁有者的智慧財產權的授權或權利(明示或默許)。

5.出口限制

您同意遵守相關國家的所有出口法律、限制和規定，在有可能違反任何相關法律、限制和規定或在未取得所有必需核准
時，不會直接或間接地出口或再出口本軟體。

6.有限保證和責任限制

本軟體以「現有狀態」提供，不附加任何形式明示或默許的保證，包括但不受限於任何為特定
目的之商品化或適用性所做的默許保證。  您將承擔本軟體品質、功能和效能 的全部風險。  倘若證實本軟體確有瑕
疵，您將承擔所有必須的服務、維修或更正費用。

7.期限
