VaioBright 2.5
Copyright (c) Mike Kershaw 2002

Purpose:
Control the software-based LCD brightness on Sony Vaio laptops

Installation:
1. Configure your kernel to use the SonyPI module (kernels 2.4.6 and
newer). See /usr/src/linux/Documentation/sonypi.txt for details on
    configuring the SonyPI driver.
2. Make your device node (usually /dev/sonypi) writeable by the user
    running gkrellm (chown or chmod)
3. Run 'make' for vaiobright
4. Copy the plugin (vaiobright.so) into your gkrellm2 plugins directory,
    usually ~/.gkrellm2/plugins
5. Enable the plugin in gkrellm

Configuration:
Configuration is fairly straightforward:
"SonyPI device" is the path to the SonyPI device node
"Reverse Slider" swaps the direction of the krell slider bar.

Display:
The krell slider is the percentage of the maximum lightness/darkness.

Use:
Drag the slider. Mouse wheel works. A middle click will toggle to max
bright or max dark depending on the current value.
